Privacy policy
This policy explains what data frutigoal.com collects, why, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected
Only if you fill in the beta sign-up form:
- email address and username;
- setup type (desktop PC, laptop PC, Mac, other) and player profile (casual, regular, competitive, tester);
- Discord username, if you choose to give it;
- site language at sign-up and sign-up date and time (UTC);
- a fingerprint of your IP address (truncated keyed hash; the IP address itself is never stored);
- the start of your browser identifier (user agent, 120 characters max), to spot automated sign-ups.
Your consent is checked on submission: without the box ticked, nothing is stored. To limit abuse, the IP fingerprint and the time of each attempt are also kept for one hour in a technical file, then erased.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to run the FRUTIGOAL beta: contacting you when a test session opens, selecting a varied mix of testers and preventing fraudulent sign-ups. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), given by ticking the form's checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time.
The data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Recipients and storage
Only the publisher can access the data. It is stored in a non-public file on the server of the hosting provider IONOS SARL, acting as a technical processor.
Retention
Sign-up data is kept until the end of the beta phase, then for 6 months at most, before being deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to contact@frutigoal.com from the address used to sign up. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. A few preferences, such as language (FR or EN) and sound (on or off), are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device. That is why no consent banner is shown.
Fonts
The site's fonts are hosted on this same server. No request is sent to a third-party service to display them.
Changes
This policy may change, for example when the game launches. The online version prevails.
